Meditation: The Power of Mind


















Hello 
    now again with some new stuff call Meditation.
well if you are going to read this then read the full article, because it can change your whole life like its my did,

ammmmm meditation is nothing in simple word but it can do every thing you want, i start it some month ego and now my mind is so clear i think i am change in some thing..

ok then lets start the first step of the meditation.. WHAT ?? you dont know how to do it ??
ohhh NO, a smart person like you should know, well yeah its like a some holy man or some monk sitting and sating "Ommmmmm"..
hahaha no you dont have to do that, i will give you simple and pure way to do it.

All you need to do is take a moment in your beautiful life and find a quite place where you cant hear the outer world noice.

then turn off your mobile, yeah your mobile not mine. and also computer and all the thing which bother you in this time.








Now close your eyes and take a long breath, Continue and continue...
the hard point is now coming. you have to stop all of your thinking and keep your mind free and clean, this is very hard i tried but now i can stop my thinking,
in the 2 min you will feel uncomfortable and thinking its a real waste of the time and why am i doing this ?? :D

whatever happens Just keep breathing. Feels good doesn't it?
in beautiful 10 min you will be awesome.. hey hey dont stop it OK.
you should now be entering a deep meditative state. This state should be particularly soothing. Take some time and notice your body. Feel the sensations in your hands, your toes, and your heart. 

its hard for the first time and i guess impossible to do it, but dont give up, keep doing.. do it 30min in a day and twice, morning and at the night..


See how long you can go without thinking. At first this may appear to be impossible, however you will be surprised at what you’re capable of. The important thing is that you just be. Tune in to your higher self. Visualize. Pray. Breathe. Enjoy.


Me with the meditation :--

mostly i read so many books and so many article, truly saying i always find how to be a vampire,
but then i found this, doing nothing in 30min, Great, what a joke, but NO its awesome, now i can feel the world  in my ways and always in the good mood, meditation is not any pray or some GOD stuff its just you, and your self in it,



















Intentions :--
Your intentions quickly manifest when your mind is calm, therefore meditation is a perfect time to send out your intentions. I personally love sending out my intentions during my meditations. While meditating, I often find that my intentions are authentic rather than simply constructed from social conditioning. I often find these intentions to be more congruent with my life purpose.
and dont say that you will fly on the air and you can blow up someone's mind with your meditation, coz its wont happen.. opps BAD luck for you..

Visualization :--
in during my meditation, i take some time to visualize the world in my own way or mostly visualize my own self, its very use full, the power of imagination is extraordinary. Simply picturing yourself in your ideal state can do wonders for your health and well being. My visualizations often leave me feeling powerful and strong. If you had the “perfect” life what would it be like? How’s your health? Your relationships? Are you financially independent? Take some time to imagine your ideal life. its always amazing and always with the joy, and what else we want in life ?? expect money..

benefit of doing nothing ? i mean meditation :---

  • For the sharness
  • For the beautiful way for the see world
  • For the power of you
  • For the peace
  • For the Good Mind power

Meditation is a doorway  for you to explore your spirituality. Meditation is a time in which you become in-sync with your true-self. Meditation is a time in which your conscious mind is able to recharge after being constantly bombarded with stimuli. Meditation is the process of connecting with the energy of humanity.
