Meditation: The Power of Mind

Meditation: The Power of Mind

Hello
now again with some new stuff call Meditation.
well if you are going to read this then read the full article, because it can change your whole life like its my did,

ammmmm meditation is nothing in simple word but it can do every thing you want, i start it some month ego and now my mind is so clear i think i am change in some thing..

ok then lets start the first step of the meditation.. WHAT ?? you dont know how to do it ??
ohhh NO, a smart person like you should know, well yeah its like a some holy man or some monk sitting and sating "Ommmmmm"..
hahaha no you dont have to do that, i will give you simple and pure way to do it.

still reading ??

woww then look at the image and always sit like this.

now dont look at the girl, just look how see doing it.

All you need to do is take a moment in your beautiful life and find a quite place where you cant hear the outer world noice.

then turn off your mobile, yeah your mobile not mine. and also computer and all the thing which bother you in this time.

Now close your eyes and take a long breath, Continue and continue...
the hard point is now coming. you have to stop all of your thinking and keep your mind free and clean, this is very hard i tried but now i can stop my thinking,
in the 2 min you will feel uncomfortable and thinking its a real waste of the time and why am i doing this ?? :D

whatever happens Just keep breathing. Feels good doesn't it?
in beautiful 10 min you will be awesome.. hey hey dont stop it OK.
you should now be entering a deep meditative state. This state should be particularly soothing. Take some time and notice your body. Feel the sensations in your hands, your toes, and your heart.

its hard for the first time and i guess impossible to do it, but dont give up, keep doing.. do it 30min in a day and twice, morning and at the night..

See how long you can go without thinking. At first this may appear to be impossible, however you will be surprised at what you’re capable of. The important thing is that you just be. Tune in to your higher self. Visualize. Pray. Breathe. Enjoy.

Me with the meditation :--

mostly i read so many books and so many article, truly saying i always find how to be a vampire,
but then i found this, doing nothing in 30min, Great, what a joke, but NO its awesome, now i can feel the world  in my ways and always in the good mood, meditation is not any pray or some GOD stuff its just you, and your self in it,

Intentions :--
Your intentions quickly manifest when your mind is calm, therefore meditation is a perfect time to send out your intentions. I personally love sending out my intentions during my meditations. While meditating, I often find that my intentions are authentic rather than simply constructed from social conditioning. I often find these intentions to be more congruent with my life purpose.
and dont say that you will fly on the air and you can blow up someone's mind with your meditation, coz its wont happen.. opps BAD luck for you..

Visualization :--
in during my meditation, i take some time to visualize the world in my own way or mostly visualize my own self, its very use full, the power of imagination is extraordinary. Simply picturing yourself in your ideal state can do wonders for your health and well being. My visualizations often leave me feeling powerful and strong. If you had the “perfect” life what would it be like? How’s your health? Your relationships? Are you financially independent? Take some time to imagine your ideal life. its always amazing and always with the joy, and what else we want in life ?? expect money..

benefit of doing nothing ? i mean meditation :---
  • For the Good health
  • For the sharness
  • For the beautiful way for the see world
  • For the power of you
  • For the peace
  • For the Good Mind power

Meditation is a doorway  for you to explore your spirituality. Meditation is a time in which you become in-sync with your true-self. Meditation is a time in which your conscious mind is able to recharge after being constantly bombarded with stimuli. Meditation is the process of connecting with the energy of humanity.

Indian Sadhu Without Food & Drink

An 84 year-old Indian Sadhu or a holy man  "Prahlad Jani" has claimed that he has been living for 70 years without food or water.
Jani states that he is living as a monk since he was seven and was blessed by a Goddess when he was 11, since that blessing he gained his sustenance from nectar that filters down through a hole in his palate, and has not passed urine or stools since then.

In 2003, Jani was kept under surveillance for 10 days in Ahmedabad’s Sterling Hospital. He was given no food and only a small amount of water to wash his mouth and the water was later measured to confirm that he did not swallow any of it. He survived the ordeal, but lost a bit of weight, which cast doubts that he could survived without food over a much longer period.

His story caught the attention of India’s Defence Research Development Organisation, which hopes further research could help soldiers survive longer without food, or disaster victims to hang on until help arrives. Jani has again entered the hospital since April 22, 2010, where he is closely monitored for 15-20 days.

Dr. Michael Van Rooyen, director of the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, dismissed the observation results as "impossible", observing that the bodies of profoundly malnourished people quickly consume their own body's resources, resulting in liver failuretachycardia and heart strain. A spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association remarked that the human body could survive on water alone, although not healthily, and that a person could not expect to meet their body's vitamin and mineral requirements without ingesting food. Nutrition researcher Peter Clifton also disagrees with study results. He accused the research team of "cheating" by allowing Jani to gargle and bathe, stating that a human of average weight would die after "15 to 20 days" without water. People who avoid food and water to emulate mystical figures often die.Sanal Edamaruku characterized the experiment as a farce for allowing Jani to move out of the CCTV cameras' field of view, claiming that video footage showed Jani was allowed to receive devotees and to leave the sealed test room for sunbathing. Edamaruku also said that the gargling and bathing activities were insufficiently monitored, and that he was denied access to the site where the tests were conducted in both 2003 and 2010. He accuses Jani of having "influential protectors" responsible for denying Edamaruku permission to inspect the project during its operation, despite having been invited to join the test during a live television broadcast. The Indian Rationalist Association stated that individuals making similar claims in the past have been exposed as frauds. Hidden Truth of Tajmahal

I found this on Prof. P. N. Oak article, I dont know whether its true or not, so dont blame me..

No one has ever challenged it except Prof. P. N. Oak, who believes the whole world has been duped. In his book Taj Mahal: The True Story, Oak says the Taj Mahal is not Queen Mumtaz’s tomb but an ancient Hindu temple palace of Lord Shiva (then known as Tejo Mahalaya). In the course of his research Oak discovered that the Shiva temple palace was usurped by Shah Jahan from then Maharaja of Jaipur, Jai Singh. In his own court chronicle, Badshahnama,Shah Jahan admits that an exceptionally beautiful grand mansion in Agra was taken from Jai SIngh for Mumtaz’s burial . The ex-Maharaja of Jaipur still retains in his secret collection two orders from Shah Jahan for surrendering the Taj building. Using captured temples and mansions, as a burial place for dead courtiers and royalty was a common practice among Muslim rulers.

For example, Humayun,Akbar, Etmud-ud-Daula and Safdarjung are all buried in such mansions. Oak’s inquiries began with the name of Taj Mahal. He says the term “Mahal” has never been used for a building in any Muslim countries from Afghanisthan to Algeria. “The unusual explanation that the term Taj Mahal derives from Mumtaz Mahal was illogical in atleast two respects.

Firstly, her name was never Mumtaz Mahal but Mumtaz-ul-Zamani,” he writes. Secondly, one cannot omit the first three letters ‘Mum’ from a woman’s name to derive the remainder as the name for the building.”Taj Mahal, he claims, is a corrupt version of Tejo Mahalaya, or Lord Shiva’s Palace. Oak
also says the love story of Mumtaz and Shah Jahan is a fairy tale created by court sycophants, blundering historians and sloppy archaeologists . Not a single royal chronicle of Shah Jahan’s time corroborates the love story.

Furthermore, Oak cites several documents suggesting the Taj Mahal predates Shah Jahan’s era, and was a temple dedicated to Shiva, worshipped by Rajputs of Agra city. For example, Prof. Marvin Miller of New York took a few samples from the riverside doorway of the Taj. Carbon dating tests revealed that the door was 300 years older than Shah Jahan. European traveler Johan Albert Mandelslo, who visited Agra in 1638 (only seven years after Mumtaz’s death), describes the life of the cit y in his memoirs. But he makes no reference to the Taj Mahal being built. The writings of Peter Mundy, an English visitor to Agra within a year of Mumtaz’s death, also suggest the
Taj was a noteworthy building well before Shah Jahan’s time.

Prof. Oak points out a number of design and architectural inconsistencies that support the belief of the Taj Mahal being a typical Hindu temple rather than a mausoleum. Many rooms in the Taj ! Mahal have remained sealed since Shah Jahan’s time and are still inaccessible to the public. Oak
asserts they contain a headless statue of Lord Shiva and other objects commonly used for worship rituals in Hindu temples . Fearing political backlash, Indira Gandhi’s government tried to have Prof. Oak’s book withdrawn from the bookstores, and threatened the Indian publisher of the
first edition dire consequences . There is only one way to discredit or validate Oak’s research.

The current government should open the sealed rooms of the Taj Mahal under U.N. supervision, and let international experts investigate. Do circulate this to all you know and let them know about this reality..

Strange Traditions of the World

A look at some traditions that you would probably consider strange, but are perfectly normal to the believers and practitioners.

The Eunuchs of India (Hijras)

The eunuchs, also known as the “impotent ones” or Hijras, are men and boys who have been castrated through a genital reassignment surgery where the penis and testes are removed. This process is usually done through unsophisticated means, without the use of anesthesia or antibiotics. Some of the Hijras go through this process voluntarily while others are forced into it. The “lucky” ones are the intersexual ones, who do not have to go through any surgery to become Hijras.

This tradition has been in India for generations and as of 1990, studies say there were 50,000 Hijras. Their exact number today is unknown but they still live in some parts of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Modernization of the Indian society has, however, reduced their chances of getting decent jobs and some have turned to prostitution as a means of livelihood.

Another similar tradition occurred in China, before the Sui Dynasty, where eunuchs worked with the Imperial Service and gained a lot of power in the society.

The Sati Culture in India

Sati is an ancient culture that existed amongst the Hindus in India, where a woman would burn herself on her dead husband’s funeral fire. It was considered an honorable act and widow was believed to enter straight into heaven, as a reward for her sacrifice. She became a goddess and statues were built in her honor.
The act was banned by the British Government, but in the late 1980s, an instance was reported. Another case was also reported in 2002.

The Prevention of Sati Act now makes it illegal to aid, glorify or commit Sati. All offenses are punishable under the law.

The Fulani Sharo Tradition

“Sharo” means flogging. It is a public ceremony that demonstrates to the society that a young man has come of age, and may take a wife. The young participant is continuously whipped by someone else, called a challenger, but he must show no signs of pain. Blood and injuries are usually sustained. Many have died in this ceremony and survivors are deemed courageous.

The tradition is common amongst a group of people known as the Fulanis and they can be found in Mali, Cameroon, Niger, Nigeria and some other parts of Africa.

Chinese Foot Binding

This was an ancient and extremely painful tradition practiced by the Chinese. An estimated 5 billion chinese women  were subjected to excruciating pain in a bid to make their feet look elegant.
From as little as the age of four, a young girl would have her feet bound tightly with bandages by elderly women. These bandages were kept on, but were changed regularly and increasingly tightened. The general aim of foot binding was to keep the foot at a desired size of 3-4 inches.
After years of agonizing pain, toe deformation and tight bandages, the girl would end up with a pair of tiny, folded feet.

Some of the women, who didn’t die in the process from infections like gangrene, lost the convenient use of their toes.
Despite the fact that walking and running were almost impossible for these women, those who didn’t take part in the tradition were deemed disrespectful. They were ostracized and it was difficult for them to find husbands. Their toes were considered ugly and unattractive.

Even though the tradition was outlawed, it still continued until the 1930s.
